Dynamic company seeks Digital Marketing Specialist to embark on a successful career at our Corporate Headquarters. Privately-held Ram Tool Construction Supply Company is in the service business - we help our commercial building contractor customers keep their multi-million-dollar building jobs on schedule by quickly delivering tools and supplies to job sites via our fleet of company trucks. Ram Tool's eCommerce and online presence is rapidly expanding in order to reach a wide variety of audiences via multiple platforms. These channels complement our traditional business model that established Ram Tool as the best construction supply company in the industry.

We're seeking a Digital Marketing professional to join our eCommerce department to help us with creating and managing digital content. You will be working with multiple online platforms, including SAP Hybris and WordPress sites, in order to grow the business and establish the Ram Tool brand as a well-known, trusted source. In this newly-created position, reporting to our User Interface/User Experience Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Ram Tool's eCommerce business.

  • Creating and managing digital content for multiple online presences including the SAP Hybris platform, WordPress sites, and additional web presences

  • Digital content creation for email marketing, social media, internet content, and intranet content

  • Build processes to automate repetitive tasks


  • BA/BS in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent experience

  • Must be able to collaborate well with the eCommerce team, project managers, and UI-UX design resources

  • 1-3 years' experience or a graduate who has completed all degree requirements and has at least one year of marketing-related employment (internships or significant projects associated with advanced course work in a related field will count toward experience requirement)

  • Must have portfolio displaying digital design experience

  • Must have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to edit or web optimize imagery

  • Experience with eCommerce content management a plus, but not required

  • Self-starter who possesses initiative, heightened organizational skills, positive team attitude, creativity and ability to successfully juggle multiple deadline-driven projects and other tasks

  • Must be someone who can solve problems, is team-oriented, assertive, organized, self-motivated, professional, and has a positive attitude

  • Must have above average verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external relationships

  • Must be self-initiating and work with minimal direction

  • Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Must be quality-oriented with attention to detail

  • They will be a stellar communicator both in word and design, as well as detail oriented, creative, reliable, and resourceful; always working with a sense of urgency
