Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resource Clerk/Receptionist will serve to support corporate departments with administrative duties. The role is designed to be fluid and task oriented. Attention to detail, ability to handle a diverse workload and confidentiality are essential. Knowledge of commonly-used business practices is expected. This entry level position relies heavily on instruction and guidelines and works under immediate supervision

  • Scanning, faxing, and filing various documents
  • Running Motor Vehicle Record Reports when necessary
  • Reporting Company new hires to respective state where employee is located
  • Answering corporate phone at reception desk from 2:00-5:00 p.m.
  • Helping with the digital file set up
  • Keeping up with inventory and sending out various packets
  • E-verify confirmation
  • Other duties assigned by Management

  • Bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of experience required, 1 year of experience is preferred. Equivalent experience, however, may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.

  • Ability to navigate the Internet required.

  • Interpersonal Skills-the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.

  • Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
