The Project Manager will require strong knowledge of software systems as well as a creative approach to problem solving. While working with Project Management Office and other departments, the Project Manager will assist in and/or lead projects and have responsibility for the delivery, support and improvement on processes and functionalities utilizing the latest technology system solutions. These software systems include, but are not limited to: ADP, CornerStone On Demand, SAP, K2, Hybris, ZLein, Esker, Innovaptive, Jira, MicroStrategy & WebForms.


  • Engaging with business partners and PMO team members to formulate and structure software projects
  • Developing and managing the project structure and team, reporting and communication for the project
  • Working through business requirements and designing technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Writing and maintaining design spec and scope of work documents
  • Assisting in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation. Participates in QA process; identifies test cases; explains complex processes; aids in developing test plans
  • Driving the execution of the deliverables from inception through to implementation
  • Engage with business partners and PMO as a subject matter expert providing mentoring and knowledge transfer of both new and existing business processes
  • Challenging both business and PMO to come up with the technical solution that can meet business needs effectively and efficiently
  • Developing detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definition, cost assessments (expense/capital), benefits, and risk analyses
  • Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives
  • Developing business relationships and integrate activities with other PMO areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts
  • Identifying root cause for recurring issues, make and implement proposals for their elimination

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field required.

  • Broad understanding of systems of record both from technical and functional perspective.

  • Strong analytical skills, enabling to quickly understand the drivers of a business process (sales, purchasing, supply chain, etc.).

  • Experience with writing functional/technical specifications.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
